Account or ChatGPT connection
Include the email address on your Sponsorbook account, what you were trying to do, the approximate time it failed, and the exact error shown. A screenshot is useful after you remove private information.
Catalogue or evidence correction
Send the Sponsorbook brand URL or YouTube video URL, explain what is wrong, and include the source that supports the correction. We can then trace the retained evidence and update or remove the record.
Privacy or data request
Email privacy@sponsorbook.io for access, deletion, objection, catalogue removal, or other privacy requests. Our privacy policy explains what to include and how we handle the request.
